    Weight Watcher's Diabetic Recipes

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    • 1 medium jar salsa (my brother uses Pace, but I use real salsa)
    • 1 package taco seasoning


    Instructions


    1. Get out the crockpot.

    2. Throw the stuff into the crockpot.

    3. Turn on the crockpot.

    4. Go away for 6 - 8 hours.

    5. Come back...ta da...food is ready.

    6. You can make a little condiment topping by mixing a little bit of sour cream with some of the juice from the crockpot.

    7. Eat.



    Final Comments


    My brother served this in flour tortillas (for the non-diabetic) and we have also eaten it on a salad or on a big pile or tortilla chips...covered with cheese. And sour cream.
