List of Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 medium jar salsa (my brother uses Pace, but I use real salsa)
- 1 package taco seasoning
Instructions
- Get out the crockpot.
- Throw the stuff into the crockpot.
- Turn on the crockpot.
- Go away for 6 - 8 hours.
- Come back...ta da...food is ready.
- You can make a little condiment topping by mixing a little bit of sour cream with some of the juice from the crockpot.
- Eat.
Final Comments
My brother served this in flour tortillas (for the non-diabetic) and we have also eaten it on a salad or on a big pile or tortilla chips...covered with cheese. And sour cream.
