Tropical Coconut eggnog!
List of Ingredients
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
1 can cream of coconut (14 oz.)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
1/2 c. white rum
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extractRecipe
In the top of a double boiler, combine egg yolks and evaporated milk. Stirring constantly, cook over lightly simmering water until mixture reaches 160 degrees F.
Transfer mixture to blender, add all the other ingredients. Blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into container and chill overnight. Delish.
