Chili Relleno Quiche

List of Ingredients
1-2 cans whole chili (rinse out seeds)
1 1/2 cup ceddar or colby jack shredded cheese
small cna of enchilada sauce (red)
1 cup skim milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup bisquick
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
grease bottom of pie plate
lay chilis on the bottom
cover with cheese
Mix together:
milk, eggs, bisquick, salt and pepper
Pour over cheese
Bake at 400 F for 30-35 minutes
Insert knife until comes out clean
brush on enchilada sauce for last 5 minutes
