Southwestern Chicken Chili

6 cups chicken broth
2 cups pulled Rotisserie Chicken
1 1/2 heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1 1/2 cups julienne-cut red bell peppers
3-4 tbsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
3/4 tsp white pepper
3/4 flour
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro (or I substitute with parsley)
Recipe
Combine first 7 ingredients in crock pot. Cover; cook on Low (5 hours). In a small bowl, combine flour and butter; stir into hot chili to thicken. To serve: Ladle into individual bowls; garnish with cilantro (or parsley) Serves 10-12.
