    Hearty winter stew

    List of Ingredients




    1lb. season Italian ground sausage broken into small pieces
    1 sm onion minced
    2 ribs celery minced
    4 carrots minced
    2 large potatoes, peeled and cubes ( soak in cold water)
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1 cup finely chopped kale
    6 cans chicken broth

    Recipe



    Brown sausage and set aside. Saute onion, celery, carrots in olive oil
    til tender.
    Add potatoes and garlic. Cook 5 min.
    Add leafy greens, chicken broth and sausage and cook slowly.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
