BAKED ASPARAGUS

Recipe Introduction
This is a perfect vegetable for company. It is very easy to make with no last minute preparation.
List of Ingredients
1 pound fresh asparagus (do not substitute)
2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon olive oilRecipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash, drain, and snap off woody ends of asparagus. Arrange asparagus stalks in single layer in 9X13-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
Combine melted butter and olive oil, and drizzle over asparagus.
Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Serves 4
