- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 2 Tbls. dijon mustard
- 4 pita rounds, cut in half
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices deli smoked turkey
- 8 thin slices red onion
- 8 slices tomato
Instructions
- Combine the mayo and mustard and spread about 1 tbls. into each pita half.
- Stuff each half with one lettuce leaf, one slice ham, one slice turkey, one slice onion and one slice tomato.
- 4-6 servings
