    1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 cans (6 ounces each) tiny shrimp, rinsed and drained
    Potato chips or crackers

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix well. Stir in shrimp.
    Refrigerate until serving.
    Serve with chips or crackers.
    Yield: 2 cups.
