    Lex's Chocolate Chip Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 1/4 c flour
    • 1 tsp baking soda1
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 c sugar
    • 3/4 c light brown sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 box vanilla flavored instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
    • 1 c shortening
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
    • 32 mil chocolate candy kisses


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375
    2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl; set aside
    3. IN another large bowl, combine sugars, vanilla extract, vanilla pudding mix, and shortening. Beat wtih electric mixer until creamy.
    4. Beat in eggs 1 at a time until thoroughly mixed. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
    5. Divide dough into 32 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a mooooth ball. Press 1 candy kiss into each ball adn wrat dough completly around candy. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet about 2 inchs apart. Repeat with remaining dough and candy kisses.
    6. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on cookie sheets then transfer to wire rack.
