    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 c packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 c butter or margarine
    • 3 Tbsp corn syrup
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp vanilla
    • 8 cups popped popcorn
    • 1 c peanuts (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt over low heat until butter is melted.
    2. Cook without stirring for 3 minutes. Add the baking soda and vanilla
    3. Pour onto the popcorn and peanuts, and mix until evenly coated.
    4. Bake 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Break into pieces.
