    Another delectable recipe coming at me courtesy of Riley's Mom.. Thanks again... you are sure to enjoy this wonderful recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb boneless chicken breast
    1 T. oil
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped cauliflower
    1 box stove top stuffing
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Brown boneless chicken breast in 1 T. oil in the dutch oven.

    Stir in chopped carrots, celery, cauliflower etc. (Or more)

    Prepare a pkg. of stove topping stuffing as directed on pkg. and pour over the chicken.

    Mix mushroom soup & milk.

    Top with the soup & milk mixture, Stir gently to mix.

    Top with grated cheddar cheese.
    Cover and heat through
