    My cousin Susan sent me this recipe...


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 head of romaine lettuce
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 2 green onions sliced
    • 1 bag of Dorito's
    • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 package of taco seasoning
    • 3/4 C Catalina dressing


    Instructions


    1. Thoroughly wash lettuce and tear into bite size pieces
    2. Dice tomatoes, green onions
    3. Crush bag of Doritos
    4. place lettuce, tomato, and onions in a large salad bowl
    5. Sprinkle with seasoning mix, Doritos & Cheese
    6. Pour dressing on and toss
    7. Serve immediately


    Final Comments


    If you are making the salad ahead of time DO NOT add dressing until you are ready to serve.
