    Chicken in Lemon and Wine

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 – 6 Chicken cutlets
    • Italian Bread crumbs
    • 12 oz. Mushrooms
    • 1 – 2 tsp. butter
    • Italian seasoning
    • ½ cup lemon juice
    • 1 cup white wine
    • Garlic Clove
    • Egg
    • Olive Oil
    • Salt & Pepper


    Instructions


    1. Pound chicken cutlets, dip in egg, then in Italian bread crumbs.

    2. Coat bottom of deep frying pan with olive oil.

    3. Sauté breaded chicken in oil until light brown and set aside in baking dish.

    4. Wipe out frying pan with paper towel.

    5. Cut up mushrooms and sauté in 1 – 2 tsp. of butter melted in bottom of same frying pan.
    6. Add crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper (light on the salt), Italian seasoning.
    7. Add lemon juice and wine. Heat up, but don’t boil.
    8. Pour mushroom mixture over chicken and bake for 20 – 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
