Pat makes this for Thanksgiving and Christmas get togethers.
List of Ingredients
1 can(14oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup(4 oz.) Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Kraft Real Mayonnaise
chopped tomato
Sliced Green onions
Recipe
Mix all ingredients except tomato and onions. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350„a for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomato and onions, if desired. Serve with crackers.
Variations:
Spicy: Add 1 can (4oz.) chopped green chilies, drained 1 clove minced garlic.
Spinach :Add 1 pkg. (10 oz) chopped thawed and drained spinach
