    Serve deviled eggs with a south-of-the-border flavor.




    Preparation time: 20 min Cooking time: 1 hrs
    Yield: 24 appetizers

    List of Ingredients




    12 hard-cooked Eggs, peeled
    2/3 cup Sour Cream
    2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
    1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained


    Recipe



    Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove egg yolks. Set egg white halves aside.

    Mash egg yolks in medium bowl. Stir in all remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Spoon about 1 rounded tablespoon egg yolk mixture into each egg white half. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    Garnish with cilantro sprigs and paprika.
