    Recipe Introduction


    This makes a quick and easy brunch that teens can fix.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 8 oz pkg of pork sausage
    • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
    • 3/4 cup frozen hash browns potato, thawed
    • 4 oz of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 3 Tbls milk
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 3/4 tsp pepper
    • 3-4 Tbls diced red pepper
    • 3-4 Tbls diced yellow pepper
    • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green oinons
    • 2 Tbls grated parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. In large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until no longer pink.
    3. Open crescent rolls and seperated into eight triangels.
    4. Place on ungreased 12" rimmed pizza pan with points toward the center.
    5. Press together, seal to form a circle 1" larger than the pan bottom.
    6. Turn edges under to form a crust.
    7. Evenly distribute over the pizza crust. Top with cheddar cheese.
    8. Stir eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a small bowl; pour over sausage and cheese.
    9. Sprinkle with green onions, red and yellow peppers, and parmesan cheese.
    10. Bake about 22 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden.


    Final Comments


    This is great for Father's Day or Mother's day breakfast so easy to make and suprise mom or dad.
