Orange Cream Cake

Recipe Introduction
This is so good and really easy to make. As Marie says it has to be easy if I make it.
List of Ingredients
- 1 Pkg Lemon cake mix
- 1 Pkg Orange Kool-Aid
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup water
- 1/3 Cup vegetable oil
- 2 Pkgs orange Jell-o
- 1 Cup boiling water
- 1 Cup cold water
- 1 Cup cold milk
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 1 Small pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 8 oz carton Cool Whip
Instructions
- In bowl, mix cake mix, Kool-Aid, eggs, 1 cup water and vegetable oil.
- Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Pour into 9 X 13 greased and sugared pan.
- Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 350.
- Use meat fork to poke holes to the bottom, cool 30 minutes.
- Mix pkg orange Jell-O with boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water.
- Pour over cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Mix cold milk, vanilla, instant pudding and orange Jell-O. Mix 2 minutes or until well blended.
- Fold in Cool Whip, spread over cake and refrigerate.
Final Comments
Variations Use white cake and red or green Kool-Aid and Jell-o.
