    Loni's Tulalip Ranger Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Cup Butter
    • 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
    • 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
    • 2 Eggs
    • 2 Cups Flour
    • 1 Tsp Vanilla
    • 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
    • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
    • 1/2 Tsp Salt
    • 2 Cups Unsweetened Cereal
    • 1 Cup Coconut
    • 1 1/2 Cup Quick cook Oatmeal


    Instructions


    1. Combine butter and sugars until creamy, add eggs one at a time.

    2. Add vanilla, salt and mix flour with baking powder and soda, add to wet mixture.

    3. Slowly add cereal to the rest of the mixture, then add the coconut and oatmeal.

    4. Blend well. Chill dough, then drop by tablespoons onto a cookie sheet, these cookies spread so test first batch by putting them further apart than normal.

    5. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 10-14 minutes.



    Final Comments


    Very moist cookie, I have used this recipe to make ice-cream sandwich cookies also.
