List of Ingredients 5 lbs cheap hamburger 5 rounded tsp Morton's Tender Quick 2 tbls mustard seed 2 tbls coarse ground pepper 2 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1 tbls hickory smoke salt Instructions 1st Day- Mix in large bowl, cover and refrigerate. 2nd Day- Mix by hand well and refrigerate overnight. 3rd Day- Remix and return to refrigerator. 4th Day- Form into 5 rolls, 2" around and place on the bottom oven rack for 8 hours at 140 degrees. Turn over after 4 hours. Do not hurry this. Add hot pepper flakes for spicy sausage. Final Comments Very good for snacking at Thanksgiving and Christmas Parties.
