List of Ingredients




2 cups chopped cabbage
2 shredded carrots
1 unpeeled apple
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped green pepper
¼ cup canola oil
2 tbls lemon juice
2 tbls honey
1 tsp celery seed



Recipe



In a bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, celery and green pepper. In small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Pour over coleslaw and toss to coat. 4-6 servings.
