Recipe Introduction


My friend Diane went to a conference in California and at the hotel where one of the meetings was held served this salad. Since they are not allowed to give out the recipes, and one of the waiters did, she just calls it the Hotel California Waldorf Salad.


List of Ingredients




½ cup red seedless grapes
½ cup cubed granny smith apple
½ cup diced celery
1/8 tsp salt
½ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp strawberry jam



Recipe



Cut grapes in half, and toss with apple, celery and walnuts. Add mayonnaise and sour cream, and strawberry jam, toss well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
