LINDA'S PASTA SALAD

Recipe Introduction
This is a favorite of mine and I like to use it when we have pot lucks at work.
List of Ingredients
1 7-oz pkg tricolor spiral pasta
6 oz thinly sliced hard salami, julienne
1 can whole olives
1 red onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, bite size slices
1 red pepper, bite size slices
1 yellow pepper, bite size slices
½ cup chopped green onions
2 medium tomatoes, chopped into wedges
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Romano cheese
½ cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves minced garlic
½-1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp basil
2 tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ tsp chopped parsley
Recipe
Cook pasta according to pkg directions; rinse in cold water and drain. Place in a large bowl; add onion, peppers, and salami. In a qt. Jar combine oil, garlic, mustard, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; shake well. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Toss before serving.
