Recipe Introduction
Great for left over meats such as chicken, turkey or london broil.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1-2 tsp dried dill
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper or to taste
- 2 cups thawed frozen peas
- 1 cups thinly slice cucumber
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- 6 oz thinly striped ham, turkey , chicken or london broil
- 1 lb Pene pasta
Instructions
- Cook 1 lb of Penne pasta according to directions until al dente. Drain, cool under cold running water and drain again.
- In a large bowl wisk together mayonnaise, cider vinegar, dill, salt and pepper.
- Stir in thawed frozen peas, thinly sliced cucumber, thinly sliced radishes, and sliced green onions.
- Top with thinly sliced strips of ham, chicken or turkey.
