    Great for left over meats such as chicken, turkey or london broil.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
    • 1-2 tsp dried dill
    • 1 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper or to taste
    • 2 cups thawed frozen peas
    • 1 cups thinly slice cucumber
    • 1/2 cup sliced radishes
    • 6 oz thinly striped ham, turkey , chicken or london broil
    • 1 lb Pene pasta


    Instructions


    1. Cook 1 lb of Penne pasta according to directions until al dente. Drain, cool under cold running water and drain again.
    2. In a large bowl wisk together mayonnaise, cider vinegar, dill, salt and pepper.
    3. Stir in thawed frozen peas, thinly sliced cucumber, thinly sliced radishes, and sliced green onions.
    4. Top with thinly sliced strips of ham, chicken or turkey.
