TONY'S JALAPENO MAC SALAD

Recipe Introduction


I watched Tony make his salad, and wrote down as he made it, now I am glad I did. I can have his salad anytime now.


List of Ingredients




2 cups shell or salad macaroni
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 cup diced celery
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1 pkg medium size shrimp
½ tsp prepared mustard
2-3 finely diced Jalapeño





Recipe



Mix together mayonnaise, sugar vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, set aside. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain, and rinse and set aside to cool. Dice celery and mix with macaroni (onion is a preference ½ cup) then add the sauce mix last, cook shrimp no more than 5 minutes with the tops of the jalepeno pepper, cool. Cut shrimp in half and add shrimp and jalapeños that are finely diced. May add green and red sweet bell peppers to add color.
