    This salad is great as a side dish or hearty enough to be a main dish.

    List of Ingredients




    1 CUP WILD RICE
    2 CUPS GRAPES (MIXTURE OF RED & GREEN)
    2 CAN SLICED WATER CHESTNUTS
    2 CUPS KRAFT MAYO
    2 CUPS DICED CHICKEN
    1 CUP CASHEWS WHOLE

    Recipe



    BOIL RICE FOR 40-50 MINUTES, ALLOW TO COOL BEFOR ASSEMBLING SALAD.

    SLICE GRAPES IN HALF AND ADD TO WILD RICE ALONG WITH THE DRAINED AND RINSED WATER CHESTNUTS.

    MIX IN THE MAYO AND ADD THE DICED CHICKEN AND CASHEWS TRYING NOT BREAK UP THE CHICKEN.

    REFRIDGERATE 3-5 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
