Mushroom Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 large onion
- 4 medium potatoes, diced and cooked
Instructions
- Dice and cook potatoes until tender; drain.
- In bowl combine soup, milk and onion.
- Stir in potatoes.
- Pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
