    • 3T. SOY SAUCE
    • 3T.CHIKEN BROTH
    • 3T. VERMUTH
    • 1/2 BAG FROZEN PEAS
    • 2 EGGS-SLIGHTLY BEATEN


    Instructions


    1. SAUTE ONION & GINGER,UNTIL TENDER.ADD IN SHRIMP.COOK FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES.REMOVE AND SET ASIDE.ADD 2T. OIL & RICE-COOK FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES.ADD IN EGGS AND LET SET UP.ADD IN SHRIMP & PEAS.STIR TO MIX WELL.COMBINE SOY SAUCE,BROTH AND VERMUTH.ADD TO RICE.STIR TO MIX ONCE MORE
