    Sour Cream Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 5-7 Medium Potatoes (cleaned and diced)
    • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    • 1 C. Sour Cream
    • 1 lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
    • 1 Stick Butter
    • 1 med bag Plain Potato Chips


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

    2. In 2.5 qt. pan cover the cleaned and diced potatoes with 1 in. water bring to a boil and then drain.

    3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, soup, sour cream, and cheese.

    4. Spread mixture evenly into a 13x9 baking dish.

    5. Cover mixture completely with crushed potato chips.

    6. Slice stick of butter, 21 slices works great, and place on top of potato chips.

    7. Bake for 1 hour

    8. serves 6-10



    Final Comments


    Instead of using fresh potatoes try using Ore Ida's 'Potatoes O'Brien.
