    Linda's Crabmeat Party Pinwheels

    2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. cocktail sauce
    2 cans lump crabmeat, chopped fine
    1/2 c. Monterey cheese, or your favorite, shredded
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped fine
    8 10" flour tortillas
    1-1 1/2 c. additional cocktail sauce, for dipping

    Recipe



    In a med. bowl, mix together the cream cheese and cocktail sauce, until well blended.

    Stir in crabmeat, Monterey Jack cheese, and green onion.

    Spread about 1/2 c. of the mixture onto each tortilla, and roll up tightly.

    Wrap each tortilla in saran wrap, and refrigerate at least 3-5 hrs. for flavors to meld.

    Slice rolls into 1/2" pieces, and arrange on a serving tray with a bowl of cocktail sauce on the side, for dipping.
