Linda's Spicy Pepper Jack And Mushroomed Meatloaf
List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, I used 80% lean
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. plain bread crumbs
1/4 c. dehydrated onion, or 1 med. onion (I used dehydrated)
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
4 slices Pepper Jack cheese
3/4 c. Pace chunky salsaRecipe
Preheat oven to 350.
Place the beef in a lg. bowl.
Add egg and mix well. (I use my hand each time I mix).
Add milk and bread crumbs and mix.
Add dehydrated onion, red pepper, and soup. Mix.
Break up pieces of Pepper Jack cheese, and mix well.
Shape meat mixture into a loaf, in a baking pan or a shallow
casserole dish.
Top with salsa.
Place in oven, and bake for 1 hr.
Makes 2-3 servings
