List of Ingredients
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. fruit juice
1 1/2 c. ripe, diced fruit (bananas, berries, peaches or pineapple)
1 T. honey
3/4 c. crushed ice
Recipe
In a blender, combine the first 4 ingredients, and blend until smooth.
Add the ice, and blend again.
Pour in a glass.
Garnish with a fresh berry.
Variations:
Mix bananas, pineapple, cream of coconut, and crushed ice.
Layer fresh strawberries blended with honey and crushed ice, whipped cream, and blueberries blended with crushed ice.
