Sue's Apple Or Peach Cream Pie

An old family favorite!
List of Ingredients
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. apples or peaches, thinly sliced
2 T. butter
1/4 c. sugar
cinnamon
Recipe
Line an unbaked pie shell with fruit of your choice.
Mix all, except the butter, cinnamon, and 1/4 c. sugar. Pour into shell.
Sprinkle top with 1/4 c. sugar, dot with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake in preheated oven, at 450, for 10 mins., then lower heat to 350, and continue baking for 30-35 mins. more.
