Sue's Tropical Swordfish

4 8 oz. swordfish steaks
1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. cumin
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
Blend all ingredients together, to form the marinade, in food processor.
Place fish in Zip-lock plastic bag.
Cover with marinade and refrigerate for 20-30 mins.
Grill over high, direct heat.
