    Shirley's Stuffed Celery With Nuts

    This has always been a family traditional appetizer at my family get togethers....Enjoy!

    List of Ingredients

    2 pkgs. cream cheese
    1/2 c. walnuts, cut fine
    3 T. milk
    1 bunch celery

    Recipe

    Put cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave for 45 seconds to soften.

    Add milk, and mix well.

    Add walnuts, and mix well.

    Cut stalks of celery into thirds, and wash and dry.

    Stuff celery with cream cheese mixture, and refrigerate.
