    1 14 1/2 oz. can Swanson® Chicken Broth
    1 can Ro-tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 med. onion, chopped, about 1/2 c.
    1 small green pepper, chopped, about 1/2 c.
    1 c. uncooked regular long-grain rice
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1 15 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

    Recipe



    In med. saucepan mix broth, Ro-tel tomatoes with green chilies, cumin, black pepper, onion, and green pepper.

    Over med-high heat, heat to a boil. Stir in rice.
    Reduce heat to low.

    Cover, and cook 20 mins., or until rice is done, and most of liquid is absorbed.

    Add beans, and heat through.

    Makes 5 servings
