    List of Ingredients




    1-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup (2 cans for 2 breasts)
    1 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 8 oz. container sour cream
    1/2 can milk (use soup can)
    salt and pepper
    shredded Mozzerella cheese (2 c. bag)

    Recipe



    Cook chicken, and cut in cubes.

    Partially cook broccoli and onion in microwave, and drain.

    Mix all ingredients except cheese, and place in 9x13" non-stick pan. Cover with the cheese.

    Bake at 350 until cheese melts, and casserole is bubbly.

    Serve with rice.
