    I created this recipe, and it is a "Keeper" for sure! Crispy and delicious flavors combine to make this recipe part of a memorable meal. It's not hot, it's just flavorful!

    List of Ingredients




    4 lb. chicken, split in half
    2 T. Tony Chachere's Seasoning, divided
    2 T. Old Bay Seasoning, divided
    1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper, divided
    2 tsp. rosemary, divided
    2 tsp. thyme, divided


    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.

    Sprinkle ingredient all over the chicken (top and bottom) in the order given.

    Bake 60 mins. using convection oven, and 75-90 mins. using regular oven.

    Makes 4-6 servings
