Linda's Chicken Teriyaki

List of Ingredients
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 T. ginger
1 T. vegetable oil
1/3 c. Sake or Sherry
2 lbs. chicken breast, deboned
Recipe
Mix all your ingredients in a lg. bowl.
Add chicken, and chill for 4 hrs.
Take a shallow baking pan, and place the chicken and liquid in it.
Bake uncovered at 325, for 1 hr., or until chicken is done.
