2 6-7 oz. can solid white tuna, packed in water
1 c. mayonnaise (more or less depending on how you like it)
15-20 green olives, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
onion, optional
lettuce leaves, optional
bread or rolls (I use hot dog rolls)
paprika
Recipe
Open cans of tuna, and squeeze out juices. Flake the tuna between your fingers to remove lumps. Put in a mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise to the tuna. Add the olives, salt and pepper. If you opt to use onion, add them too. Mix well.
If you opt to use lettuce put on the bread or chop small pieces and put into roll. Add tuna on top. I always cut up a few extra olives and stick them on the top, and sprinkle with paprika for decoration.
