    Sue's Bourbon Steak Marinade

    Sue
    1 tsp. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. Bourbon
    2 T. soy sauce
    2 T. water
    1 clove garlic, crushed

    Mix all ingredients together, and place in Zip-lock bag to marinate 4 hrs., or over night.

    Grill steak to desired doneness.

    This recipe is good with any cut of steak, using about 1 1/2 lbs. of steak.
