List of Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cooked in salted water
1/3 c. celery
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 pkg. frozen lima beans
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 lg. onion, chopped
Recipe
Combine chicken, celery, tomatoes, salt, pepper, onion, and water.
Place over heat, and bring to boil. Reduce heat, and cover and simmer for 20 mins.
Add lima beans. Cover, and simmer for 5 mins.
Add corn, stir, and mix well.
In the last 10 mins. before serving soup, make Herbed Dumplings.
Serve.
