This is delicious with any kind of meat recipes...If you try it once, you will make it again and again...It is out of this world!
List of Ingredients
1 c. margarine
1 16 oz. box pepperidge farm stuffing mix
5 c. grated summer squash
2 med. onions chopped
2 carrots grated
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
Recipe
Roll stuffing to make fine crumbs.
Melt margarine and mix with crumbs.
Put 1/2 crumbs on bottom of a 9x13" pan.
Pour squash mixture on top of crumbs, top with remaining crumbs mixture.
Bake 1 hr. at 325.
You can freeze these in little oblong aluminum pans and freeze until ready to use.
