Linda's Garlic Broccoli And Onions

List of Ingredients
4 T. oil
2 cloves garlic
1 med. onion
1/2 head broccoli, cut into chunks
balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
butter
Recipe
Put about 3 T. of oil in a frying pan.
Chop garlic and add to pan.
Cut an onion into 2 halves, then make moon shaped slices, about 1/4"
thick.
Cook on med. heat for 2 mins., then add broccoli.
Cook broccoli to desired doneness, 4-5 mins.
Add a touch of balsamic vinegar, and some salt and coarse ground pepper.
Serve with butter on top.
