    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. spinach, washed, and cleaned
    4 red peppers, cut in pieces, seeded
    6 T. (1/3 c.) butter or margarine
    1 med. onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper, to taste
    vinegar, optional, to your taste

    Recipe



    Boil the spinach in salted water, for about 20 mins. Drain off water.

    In another skillet, melt butter or margarine, then add red peppers, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 8 mins.

    Add the spinach, mix together, and serve.

    Note:
    I like to add vinegar to my spinach.
