List of Ingredients



• 1 cup corn meal
  
• 1 cup self-rising flour
  
• 1 cup buttermilk
  
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  
• 1 teaspoon salt
  
• 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  
• 1 egg
  






Instructions



1. Combine above ingredients.
   
   
2. Mix well
   
   
3. Drop by teaspoon into deep fat.
   
   
4. Cook till brown
   
   
5. Drain on paper towel
   
   
6. They my be fried in fish grease.
