Potato and Ham Casserole

Recipe Introduction
A quick, easy, delicious meal. Serves 6 with small appetites. I substitute chopped celery for the green pepper, also cream of mushroom soup for the cream of celery.
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 - 10 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup milk
4 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1/2 cup grated cheeseRecipe
Preheat oven to 350�F.
Saute onion and green pepper (or celery) in the butter until onion is transparent. Add soup and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
Mix potatoes and ham in a greased baking dish, pour soup mixture over this and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in 350�F oven until bubbling, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
