Mom's Wine

This is an old family recipie tht has been passed down for generations.





List of Ingredients



• 18 oz. grape juice
  
• 5 cups sugar
  
• 1/2 cup raisins
  
• 1 pkg. yeast
  
• 1 punch balloon
  






Instructions



1. Put all except balloon into a gallon jug.
   
2. Fill jug with warm water.
   
3. Be sure that the balloon is covering the mouth of the jug and tape.
   
4. When the balloon inflates and then deflates wine is ready. This process will take about one month.
   






Final Comments


I normally make red wine using the purple grape juice and normal raisins but, I also use white grape juice and grapes to make a delicious white wine.
