List of Ingredients
5 lbs. ground beef (can use ground deer)
5 heaping teaspoon Mortons Tender Quick
2 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
2 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 to 2 teaspoon hickory smoke salt
1 to 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 to 2 teaspoon whole pepper cornRecipe
1. Mix well
2. Cover with plastic wrap
3. Put in refrigerator
4. Mix well each day for 3 days
5. On 4th day form in rolls
6. Put on a broiler pan.
7. Bake 8 to 10 hours on 150 degree oven
