    This smells so good while cooking.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lb. Chuck Steak
    • 2 tbsp. soft margarine
    • 2 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 1 lg sliced lemon
    • 2 med. slice onions
    • 1 c. catsup
    • 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Place steak in large baking dish and rub with margarine
    2. Season with salt and pepper and cover with lemon and onion
    3. Combine catsup, worcestershire and pour over all
    4. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 2 hours


    Final Comments


    I use garlic salt and add some minced garlic to it.
