Chicken Nuggets with Honey-Mustard Sauce

Very simple to make as well as being healthy and tasty.
List of Ingredients
- Chicken Nuggets:
- 1-pound Chicken breasts, skinned & boned
- 2-TBS Olive Oil
- 3- Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1-cup Bread crumbs, dried or finely ground fresh
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Sauce:
- 1/4-cup Dijon mustard
- 1 TBS Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Cut chicken into 32 pieces. Mix chicken with oil, garlic, and pepper.
Marinate 30 mins.
- Combine bread crumbs and cayenne pepper in a plastic
bag. Add chicken, close bag, and shake to coat all
pieces.
- Place breaded chicken on a large cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 mins.
- Combine mustard and honey to make the dipping sauce.
